The world should take action on the countries that follow terror
Indian External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar addressed the 77th session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA). During this, he targeted both the countries without naming China and Pakistan. He said that India will not tolerate terrorism in any form. For this, India is soon going to chair the G-20 and the Committee on Countering Terrorism.
He said – no one can hide his handiwork by making rhetoric. His statement came after the statement given by the Pakistani Prime Minister on 'Article 370'. Actually, Pakistan's PM Shahbaz had said – there is a conspiracy to make Jammu and Kashmir a Hindu territory. India took a unilateral step on 5 August 2019 to change the special status of Jammu and Kashmir. India's decision has made the solution more difficult.
No reason to protect terrorists is justified,
he said – UN responds to terrorism by imposing sanctions on criminals. The UN Security Council sanctions terrorists under the 1267 Committee (Sanction Regime). Countries that politicize the 1267 Committee of the UNSC and defend UN designated terrorists do so at their own risk. By doing this they cannot improve their reputation. Here he was pointing towards China and Pakistan. China has repeatedly blocked the inclusion of Pakistani terrorists in the Security Council's Global Terrorist List.pakistan love of china
- Last month, China blocked a proposal from India and the US to ban Pakistan-based Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) terrorist group commander Abdul Rauf by declaring him a global terrorist.
- Three months ago, China blocked the inclusion of Pakistani terrorist Abdul Rehman Makki in the Security Council's Global Terrorist List.
- China had also put on hold proposals to nominate Maulana Masood Azhar, the chief of Pakistan and UN banned terrorist Jaish-e-Mohammed.
Terrorism is not tolerated- Jaishankar

This new India is committed to its development under the leadership of PM Modi.
Referring to the Russia-Ukraine war, Jaishankar, a supporter of India's peace , said- We are asked on whose side we are on the Ukraine conflict and our answer is straight and honest every time. India is in favor of peace. We are on the side that shows dialogue and diplomacy as the only way out. After America, Britain and France, Mexico has now said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi can play an important role in ending the Russia-Ukraine war. Mexican Foreign Minister Marcelo Luis Ebrard Casaubon told the UN that a committee should be formed to restore peace between Russia and Ukraine. This committee should include Narendra Modi, Pope Francis of the Vatican and UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres.
US President Joe Biden addressed the 77th session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) on Wednesday night. Spoke on many issues. Most of the focus was on the Russia-Ukraine war.
