86 killed in Syria

  The ship sank on 22 September near Syria. The ship was identified on 23 September. A total of 150 migrant passengers from Lebanon and Syria were on board in this accident. Out of this, 86 people died due to drowning. The ships were all people leaving their country and going to take refuge in another country. This was confirmed by the Syrian Health Ministry.

According to officials, the ship had left Mineh near Port Tripoli in Lebanon on September 20. From here the migrants boarded the ship. The ship sank on 22 September. In this, 86 people have been confirmed dead and many are missing. Everyone's search and rescue is going on. According to the Syrian Health Ministry, relatives of those who died are coming to Syria to identify their loved ones.

A refugee boat sank in the Aegean Sea near the island of Karpathos late last night near Greece. About 80 people were on board the boat. In this 29 people have been rescued. The rest are missing. The Coastal Guards of Greece reached the spot. After this relief and rescue work could be started.
